This herb is also known as Ipê, Poui, Tabebuia, trumpet tree, and Taheboo tree.
Appearance
This herb is made from the inner bark of the Tabebuia tree. This tree is large with a thick trunk. It grows to be roughly 30 meters tall. The bark is grey and tough. The leaves are about 2 to 3 inches long. The tree grows clusters of pink, yellow or white trumpet-shaped flowers.
Origins
This tree is native to South and Central America. It can also be found in regions of North America that stay warm all year.
