Get moving every morning. Roll out of bed, put on some clothes and get moving. It doesn't matter what you do--walk, run, do yoga, aerobics, ride a bike, swim. Just get moving. As you exercise think about how good it is for you. Think about how you want to look when you lose the weight.

Exercise can be difficult. I used to hate exercise. If you're thinking, "I hate this. This is terrible. How much longer do I have to do it," the whole time you're exercising you'll never enjoy it. If you don't enjoy it you won't be able to make it a habit. Don't fight it. While you exercise think positive thoughts about the positive change you're making in your life.
