Food

Food rich in flavonoids can be used as natural remedies for varicose veins. Flavonoids help build vein strength. You can find flavonoids in foods that are blue, red or purple. So eat plenty of berries like blue berries, blackberries, and cherries.

Having a generally balanced healthy diet will really do you good. Try eating more green leafy vegetables. Juicing vegetables will help you get more veggies into your diet.
