Exercise

Exercise can help balance your mind and body to decrease the frequency of attacks. Exercising three times a week is sufficient to help curve attacks. You don't have to do extremely strenuous exercise. You can walk, hike, swim or do yoga to help balance your mind and body.

Sleep

Hormone imbalances in your brain from not getting enough rest can make you more vulnerable to having panic disorders. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep every night. If you feel tired during the day take a short nap. Naps can be as short as 10 minutes and still provide you with benefits.
