Then rinse the area with warm water. Honey Make a paste using honey and cinnamon. Apply it to your face and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Steam Steam your face by filling a bowl with water hot enough to product steam. Hold your face over the bowl and cover your head with a towel to trap in the steam. Be careful not to burn yourself. Oatmeal Make a paste using oatmeal and rosewater. Gentle massage the paste into your face. Leave it on your face for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. Lifestyle While you're using natural remedies for blackheads it's important that you change your habits to prevent blackheads from occurring again in the future. Eat lots of fresh healthy fruits and vegetable to promote healthy skin. Essential fatty acids from fish and flax are also important to promote skin health. Make sure you stay well hydrated.
