Cinnamon cassia or cassia cinnamon is stronger than true cinnamon. This herb is more commonly sold in the supermarket than true cinnamon and is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic medicine.

This herb is also called Canton cassia, canela molida, bastard cinnamon, Chinese cinnamon, cassia bark, and keishi.
Appearance
This tree grows small blossoms that become olive-sized fruits. It has large evergreen leaves.
